On behalf of one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for Payroll Specialist with excellent UK Payroll Legislation knowledge to become part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team.

Mission:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be working closely with the team managers and head of department. This role is focused on the successful delivery of outsourced payroll service in an efficient and timely manner for the UK market.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Process client payrolls at all levels of complexity
•    Assist in setting up new payrolls on the Flexipay system
•    Entering permanent details onto client payrolls
•    Processing statutory payments
•    Understanding of tax codes and PAYE
•    Dealing with client queries on payroll matters
•    Preparing management reports for clients
•    Communicate with clients both verbally and written
•    Maintaining technical knowledge
Main Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Organizational Behavior field or related discipline
•    Excellent knowledge of the UK Payroll Legislation
•    Previous Payroll experience
•    Fluency in English language – verbal and written
•    Any UK Payroll Certification would be an advantage
•    Excellent Excel skills needed for payroll and reporting purposes
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
