Sourcing and Logistics Manager

On behalf of our trusted client “Air Liquide Bulgaria” EOOD - a leading producer and supplier of industrial gases for a wide variety of sectors, from metallurgy, welding and cutting, chemicals and petrochemicals to food and beverages, pulp and paper, and glass production, we are looking for an experienced candidate to become part of their team on the position of
Sourcing and Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manages the dispatch team and supervise the scheduled activities to ensure customer satisfaction and regulation compliance;
- Evaluates logistics feasibility, expected cost and required resources of new contracts;
- Manages the updating and maintaining of all applicable IT systems;
- Establishes and maintain a good contact with Sales and Product Teams to define together with them a priority list of installations to be delivered in case of product or significant resource shortage;
- Procures bulk products for Air Liquide customers;
- Coordinates and optimizes sourcing activities;
- Takes care of the documentation and the controls of bulk product quality while promoting company quality and safety objectives;
- Optimal trip planning based on customer consumption analysis;
- Manages and implements continuous improvement projects related to processes in the supply chain.
Requirements:
- Engineering-industrial or Logistics degree;
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations in the manufacturing sector;
- Solid understanding of logistics, route planning, tracking and systems;
- Good technical knowledge of industrial processes;
- Fluent in English & Bulgarian language;
- Solution focused;
- Customer orientation while keeping a business sense;
- Energetic, outgoing, ambitious.
