Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert

For one of our trusted clients – leader in the logistics worldwide with over 130 years history, we are looking for Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Care: Pro-actively advise and consult customers to ensure satisfaction;
- Shipment Management: Qualification and entry of customer orders into the operational system;
- Complaint Management: to register customer complaints, finding the reasons and avoid further appearance;
- Quotation Management: Qualification of customer inquiries, provide KN quotations and updates, set final selling price with individual adjustments within the given price band;
- Customer On boarding: Inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into the KN systems;
- Customer Data Management: Maintenance and integration of customer data in the KN systems
- Operational Customer Relationship Management: knowledge exchange with the sale;
- Reporting (creating, refining and reviewing reports)
Requirements:
- Experience in Sea Logistics 1-2 years
- Analytical & Organizing skills
- Communication & Conflict resolution skills
- Decision making & Problem-solving skills
- Time Management
- English: Intermediate
