Service Delivery Manager with German or French

On behalf of one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for Service Delivery Manager with German or French – to become part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team.

Main responsibilities:

•    Manages the service delivery to one or more multi-Country/In country client accounts promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
•    Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customer
•    Developing strong relationships with clients
•    Managing sales cycles and account growth initiatives
•    Developing account plans and service strategies with customers to drive enhanced margin and performance
•    Achieving productivity improvements 
•    Continuous and demonstrable improvement of productivity resulting in increased cost effectiveness and value
•    Ensures processes are in place to pro-actively protect consistent service quality 
•    Constantly improves the quality and inter-working of the whole virtual service team, including other partners and suppliers 
•    Identifies account growth opportunities to be converted into sales prospects

 Requirements:

•    University degree
•    Previous experience on a similar role (Service Delivery, Account Management, Business Development or other)
•    Excellent knowledge of English and German or French
•    Experience in contract negotiation management
•    Ability to lead and drive integration of customers and operational requirements into supplier relationships, including delivery partnerships
•    Experience working across Countries and Cultures would be considered as an advantage
•    Ability to interact and manage multiple customers 
•    Effective communication skills
