Project Manager

For one of our trusted clients, a company offering all civil works for the construction of PV solar plants, we are searching for Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, coordinates and manages the overall activity of a specific project.
- Conducts negotiations and communicates with investors in connection with the implementation of the project, incl. coordination of necessary changes with the contracting authority, designers, subcontractors;
- Coordinates the work of individual contractors and subcontractors, and monitors and is responsible for compliance with the project cost.
- Manages the budgets of the projects
- Prepares the documents necessary for updating and paying the performed types of work to the Investors.
Requirements:
- Professional experience at least 5 years
- University degree in Electrical Engineering
- Fluency in English
- Another foreign language is a plus
- Excellent communicational and organizational skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
