Accounts Payable Administrator with French

On behalf of our new big multinational client, we are currently looking for Accounts Payable Administrator with French to become part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be part of an international team that supports the business processes for the German market. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate execution of the day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) activities for Germany as well as for the timely invoice processing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Processing of invoices and credit notes.
  • Invoice posting quality check and correction of wrong postings.
  • Preparation of parked and blocked invoices reports and follow up on resolution.
  • Investigation on debit balances and down payments.
  • Review and action on supplier direct debits.
  • Statements review and follow up actions.
  • Review of items blocked in payment proposal and follow up action.
  • Production of reports, metrics and statistics on daily/weekly/monthly basis.


Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Accounting/Finance).
  • Proficient French plus a very good level of English.
  • Previous AP experience or accounting experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance practices is a plus.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office).
  • SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
