On behalf of our client, a newly established upscale aparthotel in the city center of Sofia with a boutique restaurant and contemporary art gallery, we are looking for a passionate professional, who will lead the strategy, development, and operationalization of the property with the primary operational responsibility being the management of the residential part and the apartments.

Scope of Responsibilities:

•    Business Development & Marketing
-    Develops relevant B2B (institutional clients) and B2C (most common channels and direct to consumer) relationships to launch and develop the residential part of the aparthotel;
-    Participates in the aparthotel's plan and budget to ensure on an on-going basis optimum total guest satisfaction, sales potential, revenue optimization and profitability;
-    Promotes and markets the business;
-    Manages and controls expenditure;
-    Maintains statistical and financial records.



•    Operational oversight & coordination:
-    Organizes and coordinates all operations (cleaning, washing, booking etc.) and will be responsible for contracting, quality assurance, and coordination of seamless operations with outsourced or (most likely limited) internal staff, achieving outstanding service to the guests of the aparthotel;
-    Ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction including meeting guests, anticipates their needs, resolving guests' issues and keep compliance with quality and operational standards;
-    Ensures all relevant hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations are met;
-    Controls the performance of departments in charge, taking decisions and making corrective actions when necessary to ensure impeccable service and quality performance;
-    Coordinates with the other partners within the aparthotel (restaurant, cultural program) and be responsible to support them operationally when needed.


We are looking for an energetic hospitality professional meeting the following criteria:

•    Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred;
•    Excellent understanding of the hospitality industry locally and internationally;
•    Ability to organize a small hospitality business operationally;
•    Fluent in Bulgarian, English, and ideally one further relevant language;  
•    Strong decision-making skills, excellent organizational skills;
•    Curious, passionate, innovative and well organized person with an ownership mindset;
