On their behalf, we are currently searching for a highly motivated professional to join the company’s team and fulfill the role of:


Key Account Manager – Fleet Solutions & Trade

Job description:

•    Development of Fleet Solutions business by applying guidelines and defined strategy
•    Acquisition of the new fleet customers and maintaining existing Fleet and Trade customers
•    Implementation of group strategy in respective sales area by serving target customers and achieving agreed target quantities and target profit 
•    Planning the sales of tires in close cooperation with other departments (logistics, planning)
•    Providing marketing material to clients and special presentations
•    Visiting POSs in respective area in order to build awareness of group products and creating pull sales effect
•    Building up the relations and trust with the customers by providing tailored made solutions and business consultancy (including reporting and KPI’s)
•    Improvement of the quality-of-service providers network (audits, trainings, KPI’s)
•    Sales systems maintenance and management (CRM; Cesar)  
•    Tire management, collection of references and tire performance
•    Conducting regional price analysis
•    Collection of market information and fulfillment of different reports
•    Representing the company at events with customers and fairs
•    Tracking of technical development in the tire industry
•    Resolving customer complaints and warranties
•    Preparation of sales documentations (tender documentation, invoices, credit notes)
•    Other tasks and duties instructed by the superior

Candidate profile:

•    University degree, prefferebly in mechanical engeneering, economy, management 
•    Previous experience in tire / automotive industry - strong advantage 
•    Fluent in Bulgarian and English languages - mandatory
•    Knowledge of German, Hungarian and/or Slovenian - advantage but not essential
•    Positive attitude, honesty, self initiative, proactivity, independency at work, organizational and skills
•    Driving licence with B category and readiness for frequent travels
