Marketing Assistant (1 year project)

On behalf of our client, currently we are looking for a bright and talented person for the position of:
Marketing Assistant (1 year project)
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Constant daily work with advertising agencies, designers and print houses for POSM production in line with the set of marketing and promo brand activities;
- Monitor the installation process of all materials with the agency in every Dealers’ store in the beginning of the campaigns - visits point of sales to ensure all POSMs are distributed and placed properly in the outlets;
- Monitor the results with the agency during the sell out and sell through campaigns and send results;
- Follow & track daily the comments, questions and answers to any Consumer’ inquires in our Social Media channel – Facebook;
- Accepts and checks goods in the warehouse with each delivery of new promo materials;
- Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing activities;
- Helps and support the maintenance of Dealer Locator and Dealer Finder in our GY pages – GY, DU, Fulda & Sava pages;
- Follow and monitor the process of marketing Vendor contracts and their expiries.
Requirements:
- University Degree.
- Similar experience is advantage.
- Excellent level of English language.
- Microsoft experienced user.
- Organizational skills;
- Attention to detail.
- You will get the opportunity to work in a multicultural business environment 6 hours per day.
