For one of our trusted clients - a product based company with more than 20 years of history and successful innovation of multi-platform broadcasting and live-streams, we are looking for motivated and ambitious person to join their technical team as a Junior IT Consultant.
Description:
• Provide support and assistance to the customers – receiving customers' queries and responding in a timely manner;
• Ensure that all support and monitoring cases are handled by research, escalating, and resolution following the company procedures;
• Active communication to the R&D team and fill in all of the necessary documentation;
• QA Testing on basic functionalities of the supported software;
• Pro-Actively work for building the customer trust and belief in the service the company is providing
Requirements:
• Education /high school or higher/ in technical or engineering field
• Be a Team player and communicative person who is wiling to learn;
• Be able to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment;
• Be customer orientated, well-mannered and willing to help;
• Have interest in computing and streaming area.
• Very good communication skills in both verbal and written English;
* any experience in with customer or technical support environment will be considered as an advantage but not mandatory
