Team Lead Logistics
Our client is international group of companies, producing automotive parts for high quality brands. Due to their further development, we are looking for Team Lead Logistics to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
- Leading employees by challenging and encouraging them
- Implementation and Coordination of warehouse activities
- Analysis and conception of new logistics and warehouse processes
- Management of the dispositive area of supplier scheduling and customer order planning
- Processing of logistical complaints in cooperation with Quality
- Analysis of changes in requirements including derivation of measures
- Creation, further development and coordination of key figure and reporting systems
- Ensuring customs process in alignment with central department
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor degree or similar education or equivalent professional experience
- Min. of 3 years of professional experiences in supply chain or warehouse/material planning activities
- Automotive industry experience
- SAP-Materials Planning and Production Processing
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command in English and German
- Willingness to travel during the job start
