Customer Support / Sales Agent with English

Customer Support / Sales Agent with English
Main responsibilities:
• As Customer support / Sales Agent, you will be working with day-to-day, customer phone calls, service support, system administration, sales assistance support, and service support development;
• General administration work. Working with CRM and ERP systems as well as an internal company systems;
• Daily cold calls;
• Maintaining good relations with the customers;
• Database operation;
• System coordination;
• Quoting / Confirming customer orders.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English is a must - verbal and written;
• Experience in call center is a must;
• Prior sales experience is a must;
• Previous experience in administrative positions is a plus. Experience in CRM systems preferable;
• Education in the marine sector is advantageous;
• Desire to learn and grow within the company;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Additional languages besides Bulgarian will be considered as advantageous due to company’s international range;
• Self-motivated, deadline oriented and positive person;
• Customer-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills.
