Accounts Payable Specialist with German or Italian or French

On behalf of our trusted big multinational client, we are currently looking for a professional to overtake the role of Accounts Payable Specialist with German or Italian or French and to become part of a talented and dynamic team.
Main responsibilities:
Be responsible for Accounts Payable responsibilities for a global client’s F&A process
Will be independently responsible for all accounts payable activities for the assigned entity
Be responsible for Invoice Processing, Travel & Employee Expenses Payment process and Customer/Vendor queries
Responsible for Quality Check of Weekly Transactions
Responsible for Continuous Process Improvements
Implement effective Internal Controls and Compliances with respect to all Financial Transactions
Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for the Management
Requirements:
Previous experience in Procure to Pay function (Accounts Payable) is a must
Good accounting knowledge
Experience of Invoice Processing – PO and Non-PO, Payment processing, Vendor creation
Travel & Employee Expenses processing (T&E)
Exposure on Supply chain management will be an advantage
Working experience of Oracle will be an added advantage
Experience of dealing with international clients
English fluency – both written and spoken
