Content Moderator with Kazakh

On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Content Moderator with Kazakh to become part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team.


As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, live videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


•    Review content (live video, image, text) and conduct the content quality control, ensuring the content complies with local policies and regulations.

•    Become and remain knowledgeable about online community standards.

•    Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content.

•    Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.

•    Escalate issues outside the company policy.

•    Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the short video platforms.

•    Develop, improve and maintain standards for the security of the online communities, being able to achieve high monthly goals regarding quantity and quality.

•    Improve the content management strategy for the short video platforms.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:


•    To be familiar with or actively engaged on social media.

•    Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.

•    Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows.

•    Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative.

•    Quicker learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.

•    Flexible working time.

•    Very good level of Kazakh (reading and understanding).

•    Good command of English.
