IT Service Delivery Lead – EMEA

For one of our trusted clients, we are looking for IT Service Delivery Lead – EMEA


Accountabilities:


  • Technology Operations for Europe Operating Unit under ITIL Functions – Event, Incident, Problem and Change management, and Service Requests
  • Be responsible for Service delivery of IT Services – Network, End User Compute and Mobility, Enterprise Apps (M365 suite) and Virtual/Hybrid Events with Unified Communication technology
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to the Europe OU business unit through an understanding of how IT end user & collaboration tools can simplify and speed up work (specially Microsoft M365 stack and Power Platforms etc.)
  • Training end users on Digital Tools and drive adoption
  • VIP Support and Escalation management
  • Provide routine engagement to Europe OU departments like Finance, HR, Public Affairs & Communications, Marketing etc.
  • Managing IT Service delivery by the technology services vendors and partners as per defined SLA’s and standards
  • Driving service improvement plans on ongoing basis including through management escalation.

Projects


  • Deliver Local, Regional and Global Projects for IT Infrastructure backend operations or end user facing digital product rollouts and adoption.
  • Drive PoC, Pilot test and fact findings for new technology implementation or Changes.
  • Identify local initiatives, run them through regional PMO process and lead projects/deployments as appropriate
  • Track and report delivered benefits of the projects implemented.

Experience


  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in IT / related field
  • 6+ years solid industry experience working with Tech Infrastructure, End user Computing, IT Service Delivery, Operations and Project management
  • Hands on expertise with Microsoft Desktop, O365 Collaboration and Storage products, M365 Digital Tools, Video Conferencing (Virtual and Hybrid event handling) and Networking Tools
  • Experience managing Managed service partners specially for Service Desk, Core Infra services (Server and Networking) and IT Product Vendors
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Good working knowledge in ITIL /ITSM. Certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Other related IT Vendor Certification like Microsoft, Azure etc.
