IT Business Analyst

Currently, for one of our trusted clients we are looking for a IT Business Analyst (mid/senior) , who will be able to build their career in a successful company within a growing team of ambitious and motivated professionals.
Among your responsibilities will be:
• Being involved whole cycle of creating solutions from customer requirements, business analysis and writing of functional specifications that covers end to end components
• Conduct functional analysis of information systems, so that they meet the business needs within the framework of architecture and standards
• Create functional design of the software
• Support changes and enhancements from development through production and recommend implementing system enhancements (e.g., system performance, screen appearance, report distribution and setup testing)
• Analyses service requests and end user needs to determine technological changes, feasibility and resource requirements
• Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team
• Create tests to identify possible functional bugs
• Completes special projects, systems testing and other assigned duties
• Participates in the whole software delivery lifecycle, from the release process to the production phase and eventually the aftercare during the warranty period
Our requirements are:
• Professional Experience as an IT Business Analyst, Technical Writer, System Analyst and/or other relevant experience
• Knowledge of Functional Design)
• Knowledge of Business Process Modelling
• Knowledge of Functional Modelling: UML, Use Case modelling, Data modelling
• Excellent command of English
*Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering would be considered a plus
*Knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodology would be considered a plus
