Executive Assistant with German (fully-remote)

On behalf of one of our trusted clients – an international fintech investment platform, we are currently looking for an Executive Assistant with German (fully-remote) based in Bulgaria.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the company's Board Chairman's diary and appointments
- Preparation of emails, meetings, including memo and Powerpoint presentations
- Communication with internal team and collaboration with key stakeholders in the wider business
- Understanding the business, priorities and coordinating external partners
- Shaping speaking engagements and conference appearance, TV and press interviews
- Logistical support, including travel booking, accommodation
- Administrative support, including expenses management
Requirements:
- Previous experience on a similar role in fintech/start-up environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and MS Excel)
- Experience handling legal documents, contracts
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise actions
- Highly confidential and discrete
- Availability for international trips (2 days per month)
