Currently, for one of our trusted clients, we are looking for Recruiter with Russian to join them in Sofia.
What will you do:
• Own recruitment strategy for various countries;
• Source candidates worldwide using online platforms and networks;
• Phone screen and interview candidates using online and offline meetings;
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles;
• Continuously refine the recruitment process to make it more efficient and candidate-friendly;
• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact to final decision, regardless of the outcome;
• Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to attract top talent effectively.
Requirements:
• Proven hiring experience 2+ years in IT industry or similar;
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian;
• Strong communication and cultural awareness;
• Able to analyze job roles and candidate profiles;
• Good organizational skills and tech-savvy;
• Team player and adaptable;
• Ability to work from the office in Sofia;
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
