IT Project Manager

Currently, for one of our trusted clients, we are looking for IT Project Manager to join them in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
∙ To plan and implement IT monitoring, alerting and observability strategies
∙ Management of projects in charge of overall project delivery;
∙ Planning, assignment, monitoring and following up of project resources and budget;
∙ Facilitation of work estimation and delivery deadlines;
∙ Coordination with customers and external resources for deliveries needed for the successful project completion;
Requirements:
∙ Educational background in information systems, computer science, business administration or management is desirable;
∙ Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT project management or in like roles/businesses;
∙ Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Elastic APM, Beats, Elastic machine learning), Dynatrace and others;
∙ Familiar with Java, Python, Linux, JBoss and Basic knowledge in IT performance metrics, logs, and alerts;
∙ Knowledge of IT Service Management and deep understanding of ITIL / ITSM principles;
∙ Preparation of IT technical procedures and processes;
