On behalf of our client, Atlas Copco Bulgaria Compressor Techique, a world leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, in industrial compressors, vacuum solutions, gas and process compressors and expanders, air and gas treatment equipment and air management systems, we are currently looking for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of:
 
 Sales Engineer East Bulgaria

Working in the field sales team, you will be responsible for developing existing territories and increasing market share by selling the widest range of high quality Compressed Air & Vacuum equipment, in the East Bulgaria area.
Day to day you will make a difference by...
  • Promote the sales of the Group’s equipment, achieving the Company’s annual projection targets for sales, turnover, profitability, stock/inventory and market share in the range of products under responsibility and appointed territory.
  • Monitor the market and competition. Track the market shares within the territory. Gather, evaluate and analyze information about the market. List potential customers by product segment. Share information about new potential business with management. Identify areas of growth. 
  • Create action plans with the identified time required and cost. Follow up and report on a monthly basis. 
  • Support the Group’s Customer-Care driven culture through visits, telephone calls and correspondence and support of distribution network to preserve that the company is in a leading position. 
  • Actively promote the complete product range under responsibility. Visit the clients on a regular basis, understand their needs and prepare customized technical proposals and commercial offers. 
  • Effective provision of sales data, including the timely recording of visit and action reports (including lost order reports) and analysis of sales performance against budget.

The person we are looking for has…
  • Strong interest to have a developmental employment opportunity in a multinational global organization.
  • Professional goal to work in business development of market leading industrial equipment. 
  • Prior working experience in business-to-business sales. 
  • An engineering background or qualification. 
  • Very good knowledge of English language.
  • A clean driving license, because this is a field based job and you will be travelling on a daily basis across your region. 
  • Very good IT skills, and desire to learn new systems. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
