Adecco Bulgaria as part of Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa Zone is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to be employed on full time basis for our head office in Sofia.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Identify potential customers for HR Services;
  • Prepare, present and negotiate service and pricing proposals to existing and prospect clients;
  • Conduct commercial and prospect visits per month in order to ensure effective achievement of the personal KPIs and goals;
  • Creates, develops and manages effective business relationships with customers within the assigned territory to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnerships;
  • Gather, analyze and anticipate customer needs and market developments and opportunities;
  • Prepares proposals of collaboration according to company's policies;
  • Develop sales volume from existing and potential customers by implementing the most effective pre-sales and after-sales programs, following Adecco' s methods and strategies;

If your competences are:
  • 2 + years of working experience in B2B market with sales focus in the services/consulting/finance/telecom sector, experience in the HR industry is an advantage;
  • University degree in Business Administration / Economics;
  • Excellent command of the English language verbal and written;
  • Effective interpersonal, persuasive and conversational skills;
  • Strong presentation, organizational, analytical and communication skills;
  • Sales oriented personality with commercial attitude and very good problem solving capabilities;
  • Active driving license.
