Senior Business Analyst (HR reporting)


Currently we are looking for Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for a full range of activities which ensure HR reporting and analytics for the organization and business units. The main task in this role will be to create, maintain and distribute regular reports, will track and analyze trends on variety of HR metrics and will make and follow through on recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness. 
This new role is for international client of ours and provides the opportunity for self-development all the time. 



Main duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain HR analytical tools, reporting and dashboards. Support HR analytics needs and ensure accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports and metrics.
• Complete monthly, quarterly and adhoc HR reporting and data analysis. Respond to HR data requests from HR and other functions. This includes developing queries and/or gathering data from various sources;
• Conduct data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights. Recommends information that should be analyzed based on key indicators, works to determine root cause, and/or identify areas of concern. In addition, may interpret the data to provide value added analysis.
• Audit HR data, validate calculations and troubleshoot irregularities; support data governance process.
• Development & maintenance of a data dictionary
• Continually research, test and stay up to date on all system updates and fixes
• Assist with continual process improvements by researching methods to continue to automate and streamline processes
• Uses available tools and resource materials to provide information and resolve issues and requests. Learns and applies standard procedures and knowledge to develop solutions within established guidelines related to HR functions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics. HR related experience will be a strong advantage
• 3+ years supporting HRIS systems, preferred experience with Success Factors
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR related systems functional support and enhancement development
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and database structures
• Requires knowledge of and practical application of testing methodologies and experience
• Strong problem-solving skills (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking)
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience querying data, data interpretation and report generation
• Understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent English C1, any other EU language is considered an advantage
• Ability to manage confidential data professionally
• Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed
