Junior Fleet Planner

For one of our trusted clients, we are looking for a Junior Fleet Planner, who will have to manage own company fleet and become the bridge between the customer and the carrier, ensuring an efficient process, so that the goods are loaded and delivered on time and in optimal conditions.
Responsibilities:
Handles the customer requests and orders in a timely and professional manner;
Manages the transport orders with the own fleet;
Negotiates transport services with external providers when it is necessary;
Monitors the progress of each transport, coordinating and providing status information to all the involved parties, and adjusting the fleet program accordingly;
Ensures strict compliance of fleet activities with the transport and legal regulations;
Requirements:
Minimum experience in working within an international transport office;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Managing or dealing with own fleet represents a strong advantage;
Ability to communicate in a good command in English;
Very good abilities to work with different transport software and also with analyzes & data in MS Excel;
