Senior Legal Associate (Real Estate and Construction)

For one of our trusted clients – an international law firm, we are looking for a Senior Legal Associate (Real Estate and Construction) for their office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on real estate transactions and construction projects;
• Draft and review property and construction contracts;
• Conduct legal due diligence for property transactions;
• Negotiate terms and conditions in real estate and construction contracts;
• Maintain documentation and records of transactions and projects.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Previous experience in a construction and real estate will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Great analytical skills;
• Multitasking and teamwork abilities;
• Detail oriented personality.
