Due to the expansion of our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) accounting department, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated professional for the position of Procure-to-Pay Accountant (PTP) with French.

Mission: 
As a PTP Accountant you are responsible for the account payables process by processing inbound invoices and execute payments. Your job duties include maintaining complete and accurate record-keeping and overall support of accounting and period end close processes. Within this position you report to the Accounting Team Lead, Procure-to-Pay;

Core Responsibilities:    

•    Process invoices in an accurate and efficient manner according to company procedures.
•    Oversee the financial controls and ensure company policies are followed.
•    Analyze and Identify trends to ensure accurate and on-time handling of incoming invoice volumes.
•    Verify completeness and accuracy of financial documents, including ensuring proper backup and necessary approvals exist prior posting.
•    Check and control if PRTP Team verifies supplier documentation and executes compliant process according to country legal tax requirements.
•    Perform and approve regular and urgent payment runs, investigate and correct payment rejections and support the Treasury function.
•    Review and approve Employee expense reports per corporate accounting guidelines and local statutory requirements.
•    Coordinate with various departments and maintain records for account payables.
•    Collaborate with suppliers and resolve all issues for portfolio.
•    Support period end process, regular and ad-hoc reporting.
•    Identify improvement ideas and lead projects (e.g. automation).

Qualifications and experience:

•    Bachelor or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
•    1+ years of Accounts Payables/ Procure-to-Pay experience
•    Fluent French (written and spoken)
•    Fluent English (written and spoken)
•    US GAAP Experience
•    MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
