Our trusted partner is Philip Morris International - a global leader in the production and sale of tobacco products. In recent years, PMI has been undergoing a significant transformation, shifting from traditional tobacco products to smoke-free alternatives. This strategic shift is driven by its goal to replace cigarettes with less harmful alternatives, aligning with its long-term vision to create a "smoke-free future."
On their behalf, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven person to occupy the position:
Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Partner
Areas of responsibility and related activities:
• Design and Action: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in alignment with PMI’s strategic priorities.
• Sourcing and Networking: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career/networking events, talent pipelines, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review and screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, potential and overall fit.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain beneficial working relationships with multiple stakeholders, confident liaising with decision makers at all levels
• Collaboration: Closely collaborate with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to establish business requirements, clarify candidates’ requirements ensuring we are landing best of talent. Partner with COE’s (Assessment, Global Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding, Early Careers) to streamline process and reduce time to hire.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a simple, global, standard candidate experience.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring that candidates receive timely communication and feedback throughout different stages of the process.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively identifying potential candidates.
• Data and Reporting: Utilize dashboards to monitor talent acquisition metrics, assess the effectiveness of the process and make data-driven suggestions focused on continuous improvement.
Who we’re looking for:
• Bachelor's Degree is required. A master’s degree in human resources is considered a strong plus.
• 2-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience preferably in Commercial roles.
• Ability to source talent through traditional and alternative channels including social media and other networking activities. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• A natural relationship builder with an ability to engage and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• A candidate with strong problem solving and communication skills, able to plan, prioritize, handle, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a timely and effective manner.
• Effective teamworking at a functional and project level.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Bulgarian.
