Sales Manager for Chemical Industry (Raw Materials)

On a behalf of our trusted client - Mediterana Import Export SRL - a leading company in the import and distribution of raw materials for the chemical industry. They are specialize in supplying raw materials for composites, thermoplastics, rubber, additives, and auxiliary materials, we are looking for bright, communicative and proactive person to occupy the position:
Sales Manager for Chemical Industry (Raw Materials)
As a Sales Manager for Raw Materials, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading commercial campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

•    Creating and expanding the client network by obtaining orders and contracts
•    Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients
•    Preparing offers and necessary documents
•    Conducting commercial campaigns (telephone, email) and analyzing results
•    Developing strategies to maintain existing products in the market and introduce new ones
•    Managing cost negotiations, supply contracts, and profit improvement initiatives
•    Providing specialized consultancy to clients
•    Monitoring competitors’ activities in the market
•    Preparing primary technical documentation
Key Requirements:

•    Knowledge of English
•    2+ years of experience in Chemistry/Biochemistry, Engineering, or Sales
•    University graduate with a technical profile (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry) or Economics
•    Relevant experience in sales and marketing
•    In-depth knowledge of the market of suppliers and consumers in Romania and Europe for the sale and distribution of raw materials for composites, thermoplastics, rubber, additives, and auxiliary materials, including DINP
•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•    Proactive attitude, organizational spirit, and results-oriented
•    Ability to work independently and take responsibility
•    Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Availability for travel within Bulgaria and occasionally abroad within the company’s network
•    Motivated and performance-driven with creativity and pragmatism
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English, with strong negotiation abilities
•    Category B driving license
