Test Analyst with focus on electric and electronics OR embedded software
For one of our top clients - a German automation company, we are looking for a Test Analyst with focus on electric and electronics OR embedded software
Main Accountabilities:
• Analysis and evaluation of requirements and specifications of drives and controls components with focus on electric and electronic hardware or of embedded software respectively firmwares, of the Business Unit Electric Automation
• Creation of test cases based on acceptance and quality criteria
• Processing and management of test cases in the ALM system Codebeamer
• Statistical evaluation of test results to optimize and reduce the cost of future projects
• Supporting test management with test planning
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary, international and agile team
Your qualification:
• Completed studies in the field of software engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, ideally also ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level
• Several years of professional experience in a testing or laboratory environment, ideally in the field of electronic drives or controls technologies
• Experience in development methods classic (V-model) as well as agile (e.g. SCRUM)
• Good knowledge of Codebeamer or a comparable ALM tool
• Good written and spoken English skills (at least B2)
• Structured and abstract thinking as well as independence and ability to work in a team
