Technical Support Engineer L2

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our esteemed client’s team. In this role, you will provide essential enterprise technical assistance to business partners, IT teams, and customers, ensuring seamless issue resolution and continuous software improvements. You will troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with development teams, and deliver expert-level support through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of technical cases, assisting customers via phone, web, and email until full resolution is achieved.
- Identify and resolve issues related to application functionality, design, and configuration.
- Provide timely and clear updates to customers and internal teams.
- Manage escalated cases and support junior engineers in resolving complex issues.
- Work closely with senior engineers and development teams to implement effective solutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in knowledge bases.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvements, and set up test environments for issue replication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business/ enterprise technical support.
- Previous experience with network diagnostic tools such as NetStat, Wireshark, and Fiddler.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, SQL Server DBA, and Windows System Administration.
- Experience with Windows diagnostic tools including Process Monitor and Event Viewer.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
