Business Support Engineer

We are seeking a Business Technical Advisor for one of our most valued clients. In this role, you will provide essential support to business partners, IT teams, and business customers, ensuring efficient issue resolution and ongoing software enhancements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, working closely with development teams, and delivering top-tier technical assistance via phone and web.

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of technical cases and assist customers via phone, web, and email until the issue is fully resolved.
Identify and fix issues related to application use, design, and configuration.
Provide clear updates to customers and internal teams.
Assist junior engineers and handle escalated issues.
Collaborate with senior engineers and developers.
Document solutions, participate in team meetings, and set up test environments to replicate user issues.

Qualifications:
Experience in BPM process mapping and Document Content Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, SQL Server DBA, and Windows System Administration.
Familiarity with network diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Fiddler) and Windows diagnostic tools (Process Monitor, Event Viewer).
Minimum 2 years of business technical support experience.
Fluent in written and verbal English.
