RTR Team Lead

For one of our most valued clients, we are seeking an RTR Team Lead. In this role, the person will lead and develop a team of 10-15 members, managing their performance and ensuring customer expectations are met. They will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process transitions within the RTR area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 10-15 members, representing their interests in management forums.
- Manage team resources based on skills, workload, and availability.
- Ensure team performance meets SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support for improvement projects and process transitions.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries with in-depth functional knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with Business Analysts and local customers.
- Act as the first escalation point for process-related issues.
- Drive a customer-centric culture and service delivery.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting according to agreed schedules.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance or business is required.
- At least 5 years of experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role within RTR, ideally in a SSC/BPO environment.
- Solid experience in RTR operations.
- Experience handling both simple and complex queries.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management practices.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of RPA and ERP/Cloud solutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
- A global perspective and international mindset are essential.
