For one of our most valued clients, we are seeking an RTR Team Lead. In this role, the person will lead and develop a team of 10-15 members, managing their performance and ensuring customer expectations are met. They will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process transitions within the RTR area.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and develop a team of 10-15 members, representing their interests in management forums.
  • Manage team resources based on skills, workload, and availability.
  • Ensure team performance meets SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support for improvement projects and process transitions.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries with in-depth functional knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with Business Analysts and local customers.
  • Act as the first escalation point for process-related issues.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture and service delivery.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting according to agreed schedules.

 



Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in finance or business is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role within RTR, ideally in a SSC/BPO environment.
  • Solid experience in RTR operations.
  • Experience handling both simple and complex queries.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management practices.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of RPA and ERP/Cloud solutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
  • A global perspective and international mindset are essential.
