Invoice Processor

For one of our most valued clients, we are seeking an Invoice Processor. Who will deliver Invoice to Pay services in line with customers’ needs and expectations.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Perform transactional activities with limited supervision related to the Invoice-to-Pay (ItP) area.
- Validate invoices received in the invoice processing system.
- Compare invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Manually match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Support the invoice review and approval workflow.
- Assist in resolving invoice processing queries, including additional costs, price, and quantity discrepancies.
- Resolve queries in the transferred queue.
- Support the ItP Specialist and Team Lead with GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) reconciliations.
- Be an active member of the ItP team.
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Deliver services in line with agreed-upon controls and procedures.
- Recognize unusual events or recurring issues and collaborate with the team leader to resolve them.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to maintain a positive brand image for KFSSC.
- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensure data accuracy in company systems.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum bachelor's degree in finance or business, obtained or currently in progress.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the ITP area.
- Finance traineeship.
- English – written and spoken.
- Experience with handling simple to complex queries.
- Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP/Cloud systems is preferred.
- Google Workspace: Sheets, Slides, Docs, or alternatively, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive in taking initiative to improve both individual and team work practices.
- Effective communication in a professional manner.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to comply with internal controls and policies.
