Talent Acquisition Coordinator with French (Temporary Position)

For one of our most valued clients, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the hiring processes by preparing contracts, onboarding documents, and tracking recruitment data. You will also coordinate with schools, schedule interviews, and support recruitment events.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and onboarding documents.
• Use SuccessFactors to manage new hires and send welcome emails.
• Coordinate with schools and teams for required paperwork.
• Track and update recruitment data.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and support recruitment events.

• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using ATS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus.
