Outplacement is a relatively new phenomenon in Bulgaria. It is connected with the employers` responsibility to help their staff in times of redundancy.  Employers have become far more sensitive to the problems their employees face on their way to a new job. To meet this growing need, we at Adecco have decided to train our team to help the business clients and consult their employees in such cases. 

A special outplacement training took place at Adecco Bulgaria’s premises from 24^th to 26^th March 2009. It was led by Jerry Vastano who has more than 20 years experience in career management and training for outplacement programs. Participants from Adecco Russia, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia and Turkey gathered to build up their knowledge in the outplacement area.

The course aimed to introduce the career transition delivery model and methodology and the current trends in outplacement. It also helped our consultants to develop effective coaching expertise and one to one consultation skills.
