On 9^th June 2009 ICT Media organized an event under the slogan “Outsourcing of IT Services – opportunities for every business in times of crisis”. The forum is aimed at the IT services outsourcing from the business to IT companies, suppliers and is winning recognition as an event where you can become well-acquainted with these services, share experience , knowledge, recommendations as well as create new business contacts. Lecturers at this event were: Irena Mladenova, Senior Consultant, AT Kearney, Ivaylo Glavchovski, IT Department manager, UniCredit Bulbank, Dimitar Gramatikov, IT services manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bulgaria, etc.

Adecco Bulgaria was presented at the event by Todor Todorov, service delivery manager of an IT Operations project and Svetoslav Spasov, service delivery manager of an IT Operations and Cross functional services project.

Todor Todorov is the manager of the IT Operations project at Adecco Bulgaria for more than a year and has taken the initiative to provide improved efficiency and higher quality of services.

The main goal of Svetoslav is providing of high quality service to Adecco's clients through stimulating innovation, process oriented approach, retention and development of qualified employees.

The topic which they presented to the audience was: “The HR challenge suppliers face – attracting and retaining highly-qualified specialists."
