On behalf of our client, Philip Morris, world’s leading international tobacco company, with six of the world's top 15 international brands and products sold in more than 180 markets, we are searching for:
IS Commercial Systems Analyst
The role of IS Commercial Systems Analyst is to continuously support our customers’ digital experience with our groundbreaking solutions and platforms as E-commerce, gamification and loyalty platforms.
Philip Morris Bulgaria is now working with local systems customized for the market, as well as global systems like Salesforce. 
You will contribute to the daily support of these systems, as well as to the deployment of new features. 
More specifically, you will need to:
- Understand the portfolio of commercial systems, system flows and how systems interact with each other; 
- Support the systems landscape, including e-commerce, lead management, and field-force applications; 
- Collaborate with our IS cluster and global teams for the deployment and support of commercial solutions. 
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with front end and back end testing of new systems and functionalities, and file proper documentation; 
- Handle everyday tasks of Commercial systems maintenance, updates, and bug fixes, deploying the relevant ticket management systems; 
- Provide everyday support to internal commercial systems’ customers, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Genuine curiosity and ability to “connect the dots”;
- Familiarity with Business analysis basic principles;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian;
- Up-to-date knowledge of current practices and trends in software management and business tools;
- University degree or relevant system analyst experience is an advantage – including CRM administration, UAT and working with ticketing systems.
