For one of our clients: TOTAL BULGARIA - a global multinational oil and gas, refining, petrochemical company we are looking for: LEGAL & PURCHASE EXPERT based in Sofia.
#Your responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review contracts and any other documents that engage the legal and patrimonial responsibility of the company; in case needed to consult with the company’s lawyers
  • Prepare and review drafts of decisions, rules, instructions related to the company’s activities, according to the law
  • Keeps track of laws, and gives information, at the request of the Management, related to the interpretation and application of laws 
  • Lead the communication with the company’s lawyers and the Group
  • Keeps the files and fulfill legal obligations as an administrative assistant of the Management Committee
  • Carry out all related archiving of the company documents
  • Carry out consultations with external providers on topics in order to ensure that the company is in line with the local and group policies and legislation
  • Adapt or update the company procedures to be implemented locally

  • In charge of applying the internal purchasing procedure and ensuring it’s a proper application by the other stakeholders in the company, including but not only:
  • Prospects national market for purchases needed by the company;
  • Ensures to obtain the minimum requested number of offers and analysis them to select the best ones according to technical and commercial criteria;
  • Negotiates prices of products and services needed for the activities of the company;
  • Evaluates and recommends the best sources for procurement, according to company interests and department’s needs;
  • Review and amend the necessary contract and documents;
  • Measures the performances of Key Providers using KPI – Key Performance Indicators – to ameliorate continuously the process of purchasing

  • In charge of applying the Group Anti-corruption and Antitrust Compliance Programs and the Integrity Policy and Program, including the relevant directives, policies and procedures and ensure their proper application by the other stakeholders in the company
  • Fill in all relevant documents and present an annual report on his/her activities to the Affiliate’s MD and to the Branch Compliance Officer

#Your knowledge & skills:
  • University degree
  • Experience 4 years at least in law or similar field
  • Computer professional skills in Excel, SAP, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Team spirit and good communication skills.
