Currently for one of our clients, we are looking for: Office Manager with English - level C2
The successful candidate for this position:
∙ Excellent written and spoken skills in English /level C2/ - required;
∙ Personal communication culture and knowledge of business etiquette;
∙ Good in teamwork;
∙ Able to handle several tasks simultaneously;
∙ Smiling and positive;
The office manager performs the following responsibilities:
∙ Organizes the office activity and takes care of the office;
∙ Schedule meetings and organize the schedule of the company's managers;
∙ Welcomes clients in the office and organizes the meeting room;
∙ Responds to phone and email inquiries;
∙ Monitors employee satisfaction;
∙ Monitors employee leave schedules;
