Junior Software Consultant
For one of our clients, a software service company we are looking to hire a Junior Software Consultant
The ideal profile and skillset of a team member.
Being thoughtful and approaching people with understanding about all of our
different backgrounds, it is highly possible that a great match may not comply
with all the requirements.
Profile:
- High School graduate
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree is nice to have but not required
- Software training and academy alumni is nice to have but not required
- Professional experience is considered a solid advantage
Personality:
- Curious
- Eager to learn
- Disciplined
- Self-taught
- Feedback driven
- Good communication skills in and out of a professional environment
- Inspiration means more than motivation
Requirements
- Practical experience in web app development - HTML5, CSS3, JS and any
- of the popular frameworks like React/Angular/Vue or similar experience
- with ASP.NET
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and particularly ES6(ES2015) features
- Knowledge of AJAX, Promises and async programming patterns
- Familiarity with web services and APIs
- Familiarity with databases like PSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or alternatives
- Familiarity with the basics of good UI and UX design
- Familiarity with any popular utility libraries and packages supporting web app development
- Optionally, practical experience with ASP.NET or alternatives could have equal weight.
- Fluent English speaker
Any of these would be considered as a solid advantage:
- Practical experience or familiarity with React
- Practical experience or familiarity with UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, Ant or alternatives
- Practical experience or familiarity with NodeJS and back-end web development - ExpressJS, NestJS or alternative web servers
- Full-stack development experience
