Contract Administrator with Dutch

For one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for Contract Administrator with Dutch.
Main Tasks:
  • Prepare contract templates 
  • Create new contracts, contract termination and renewals.
  • Check expiry dates and validity of tax licenses/tax exception compliance and request new licenses before expiration.
  • Process payments towards rent/lease/commission and monitor contract utilization.
  • Bad debt management 
  • Report out daily performance and update all performance logs and Report KPI's/SLA's as per agreed timelines

Skills:
  • Master’s degree 
  • Prior experience in contract management
  • Good level of Dutch (B1);
  • Very good level of English (at least B2)
  • Prior experience with ERP applications (including invoicing, contracts, workflows) 
  • Preferable: Working experience with CRM applications
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
