For one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for Team Manager Order To Cash (OTC)
Main Tasks:
  • Transition and set up a team supporting EAME Order to Cash function for a Fortune 100 company 
  • Develop insights and deliver client business impact in terms of revenue increase, operation cost reduction, working capital reduction etc.
  • Drive and execute projects both digital & non-digital transformation projects with tight deadlines
  • Manage client stakeholders work towards achieving and improving key business outcomes
  • Develop roadmaps and establish KPIs to manage performance and communicate results 
  • Collaborate across multiple stakeholders: business leaders, delivery leads, account management, operational excellence teams for service delivery, capability showcase and new business development

Requirements:
  • +8 years’ experience on similar role
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/ MBA 
  • Extensive end to end knowledge of Order to Cash function for a large sized company
  • Experience in handling large teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French, Italian or Russian
  • Strong experience and understanding of ERP based F&A BPO processes.
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Prior experience working with process mining tools
  • Problem solver hands on with details and analytical skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to drive Operational efficiency and Transformation across end to end process landscape.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and advanced excel
