HR Business Partner

For one of our trusted clients a Production company we are now looking for experience and motivated HR Business Partner tо lead, define and implement HR priorities based on short- and long-term business requirements of BU.

Main Responsibility :

•    To lead and contribute to the development of the Local HR Strategy 
•    То support the achievement of the business strategy within the operating unit providing direction in relation to Human Resource Management practices;
•    To take responsibility аnd lead HR activities within factory, including:
-    Staffing and recruitment
-    People Development; Competence Development and trainings organization
-    Headcount development (Rightsizing plans if needed)
-    Performance management
-    Employees Engagement 
-    Legal compliance
-    Unions relations
-    Internal communication with Staff and Country Departments providing information and data required
-    Compensation and Benefit processes, systems and communication to factory employees
•    To ensure and supervise the implementation of the company policies, practices and standards, including EHS rules;

Requirements for the Position:

•    Education: university degree in the area of HR Management and Development, Economics, Management, Law, Social sciences, Psychology
•    Professional experience: at least 4-5 years on same or similar position is an advantage
•    Computer literacy (MS Office)
•    English at an excellent working level – writing and speaking
•    Knowledge of the legal framework and all laws and regulations related to the activity of the Company with a special focus on HR relevant Law
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Teamwork
•    Result oriented
•    Continuous development of own competences
•    Good analytical, problem solving and organization skills
•    Skills to motivate people and skills for effective influence in human relationships.
