Sales Manager – IT field

Modralog is an established company with a young and innovative mindset and is expanding into the Microsoft Project field. The company’s goal is to bring quick, reliable, and affordable services to the market. They focus on cutting-edge technology to provide tailor made services both on-premises and in the cloud for their customers. Their services include NGFW, WAF, Load Balancing, Traffic Optimization, DDoS, VPS and more. They work with various vendors and technologies including VMware, Cisco, Citrix ADC, Fortinet, Linux, Active Directory, Open stack.

Job Description
An experienced Sales Manager to grow the business across several market domains and regions.

Objectives of this Role

•    Represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings.
•    Develop and manage the sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
•    Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new sales materials, and to create and nurture sales opportunities and partnerships.
•    Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
•    Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships.
•    Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
•    Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
•    Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in business or management
•    Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
•    Working with MSSP services such as - WAF, NGFW, UTM, Anti-DDoS Services
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Languages: English level - Fluent
•    Working experience with sales techniques
•    Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
•    Proven ability to plan and manage resources
•    Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in the IT infrastructure domain, with preference for specific sales experience in cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on MSSP services.
•    Working experience with Citrix ADC is an advantage
•    Experience with technology related sales – networking products, cloud, security related services etc.
•    Ability to deliver presentations – position the company as an innovative and leading company in its field
