Project Finance Coordinator - One-year contract

On behalf of our trusted client, an international agricultural co-operative group, specialized in field seeds, vegetable seeds and cereal products, we are looking to recruit:
 
Finance Project Coordinator (One-year contract)
Purpose of the role:
As prime point of contact for the Project’s Core team, the Project Coordinator takes care of the Project’s local coordination and localization. He/She is accountable for local teams to get involved and aware about the processes and ensures experts validation of the legal localization. 
Key responsibilities and tasks:
The Project Coordinator is an ambassador/facilitator of implementation of the program.
1.    The BA Coordinator participate to stream show (Core Model process review and description) to appropriate processes:
•    Ensure country settings files accuracy
•    Accountable for the compliancy of Core Model in his/her area
•    Accountable for the deployment and follow up of the planning.
2.    The Project Coordinator is the prime point of contact for BA Management and core team along the project.
3.    During the fit to country phase and knowledge transfer phase and workshops, the Project Coordinator ensures local organization set up with country sponsor:
•    Co constructs with the core (and country) deployment coordinator and the cutover leader the deployment and cut over plan
•    Ensures the collaboration with outsourcing company and consults them on the localization requirements
•    Ensures experts validation of the legal localization needs (finance, sales, certification…)
•    Maintain the link between local management team
•    Monitor the execution of local change actions in coordination with change managers and BA Project Coordinator
4.    During the acceptance phase of the project, the Project Coordinator is accountable for the following activities:
•    Help BA implementation team to organize acceptance
•    Attend Go / NoGo live meeting decision
•    Monitor the execution of local change actions in coordination with change managers and BPO
5.    Participates on the month end closing activities and support Bulgaria country manager and BA Finance Manager with various ad hoc reports
Specific skills and competencies:

•    University degree in Accounting or Finance;
•    Deep knowledge in the Bulgarian Finance and Tax legislation;
•    Proven Project management skills;
•    English language – fluent or professional; 
•    Experience with SAP implementation;
•    Ability to manage transversally;
•    Good communication skills;
•    Openminded and solution oriented professional;
