Technical Support Engineer

Now we are helping our key client to find bight professionals for the role of Technical Support Engineer.

In this role you will:

•    Work with our customers to resolve complex technical issues;
•    Provide technical support with SLA while ensuring that customer satisfaction goal is achieved
•    Take ownership of technical issues and work with our Tier 3 team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary;
•    Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information internally and to customers.

You should be an expert in:

•    2-4 years of experience in a similar position;
•    Experience with troubleshooting and application support;
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
•    HTML and CSS;
•    JavaScript knowledge or any other coding language.

Great advantage will be:

•    Familiarity with APIs;
•    SQL knowledge;
•    Mobile Development.
