For one of our clients, an international IT company, we are looking for Technical Architect. 
The company is a full service IT provider that designs, maintains and implements technology solutions. • Responsible for configuration, implementation, and deployment of hosted UCaaS enterprise voice solutions and relevant devices within the Microsoft UC environment. This includes Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and other UC/EV dependencies and components.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, vendors, manufacturers, and business partners to implement UC and EV solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams to meet client needs.
• Exhibits leadership through personal responsibility, accountability, and teamwork
• Assists internal infrastructure team with server deployments and infrastructure updates.
• Adhere to, and execute upon, project statements of work.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and assist in root cause analysis when needed
• Adhere to ITIL requirements including incident, problem, and change management
• Mentor team members in a technical capacity
• Skilled in verbal and written communication. (English)

Technical requirements:

• Experience supporting Microsoft UC products (Teams & Skype for Business)
• Ability to support and configure various endpoints including desk phones, conference phones, analog devices, desktop, and mobile clients.
• Experience with SIP implementation and troubleshooting
• Experience with call flows, ICE/STUN/TURN protocols
• Understanding of Ribbon (Sonus) and/or AudioCodes SBCs
• Knowledge of 0365, Active Directory, and/or Exchange
• PowerShell familiarity
• Acquainted with Microsoft Support, Third Party Vendors, and Service Providers/Carriers tier-2/3 support groups, tracking and escalating trouble tickets, and interfacing with customers at all levels.
• Familiar with LAN/WAN networking equipment and protocols
