Orders and Requests Specialist with Portuguese

As a recruitment partner of BIC, we are looking for Orders & Requests Specialists to join its Shared Services Center in Sofia. As an Orders and Requests Specialist you will be part of an international team that supports the business processes on a global level. You will be responsible for the smooth execution of orders, administrating all details in the system and act as a point of contact for business clients inquiries..
Main Responsibilities:
· Proceed key orders accurately and on-time with regard to internal procedures
· Management of complaint handling cases and appropriate follow through
· Process and follow-up customer inquiries related to its scope
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
· Contact customers on appropriate communication channel (phone, e-mail, chat, …) as needed
Requirements:
· High School Degree (University education is desired)
· Previous experience within an international company
· Fluent Portuguese and English
· Experience with ERP will be an advantage
· Good communication skills
· Customer service orientation and attention to details
· Ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure
