Technical Support Specialist


On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for Technical Support Specialist.
 
Responsibilities:

•    Provide support to clients regarding technical issues through written communication or phone
•    Work with clients to fully understand their needs, troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable steps and real time resolution to their problem.
•    Provide updates to clients regarding progress and completion of issues
•    Analyze and report product malfunctions
•    Act as a liaison between clients and developers to resolve issues
 
Requirements:

•    Strong professional communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
•    Experience in customer service and/or technical support is preferred
•    Be enthusiastic, motivated, and have the desire to quickly learn new things
•    Commitment to ensuring customer success 
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Knowledge of MS Office Suite
