Junior Project Manager

For one of our clients, a leading international research and consultancy company working with European institutions, we are looking for Junior Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with timely and correct administration of client approvals
- Assist with experts contracting, monthly timesheets and invoicing.
- Provide support with the search of experts for various client requests.
- Provide support with regular update of financial and administrative data, collection of missions supporting documents etc.
- Further to the EDP project related tasks, the Assistant will support the International Development Unit (IDU) at the company with various tasks: search for experts, CVs selection and tailoring, preparation of Expressions of Interest (EoIs) etc.
Your profile:
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Level of education relevant to the position
- Fluency in (written) English. French will be an advantage.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Good knowledge of EU international cooperation and development topics.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment
