For one of our trusted clients - an innovative, fast-growing production company, leader in Europe we are now looking for a motivative and communicative person to join the team as a Supply chain specialist.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Full support/assistance to the purchasing;
• Communication with internal accounting departments and suppliers;
• Collaboration with Production and administrative departments
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers or vendors
• Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving
• Upload, update, control and extract data from/into the Database
• Monitoring and monthly analyses
Requirements:
• Last year student or bachelor’s degree in the field of Business administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English
• Experience in purchasing and/or administration area will be considered as an advantage
• Working experience in ERP systems will be considered as an advantage
• Teamwork; multitasking, good communication, and analytical skills
