Energy Transition Manager

On behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced candidate to become part of our team as:
Energy Transition Manager
Responsibilities:
● Development of the energy sourcing strategies;
● Supporting the decarbonisation strategy by developing the roadmap and renewable sourcing, management of the reporting and certification;
● Full implementation and optimization of the energy reporting;
● Contract management – implementation of new independent sourcing;
● Monitoring of the regulations/legislations changes and identification of future opportunities;
● Networking within energy management communities (BFIEC, other organizations);
● Direct reporting to the Energy manager located in Europe;
Requirements:
● Engineering degree or education/ trainings with focus on energy;
● 3-4 years experience in electro-intensive industries (production and energy trading companies);
● Understanding of the specifics on the Bulgarian market;
● Communication with Regulators;
● International experience is a plus;
● Fluent in English, Bulgarian language;
● Experience in leading projects;
● Very good analytical thinking, communication skills, teamwork and networking;
● Computer literacy;
